Grape variety(ies): Cabernet Sauvignon, the most-used red variety in California

Origin: California's Central Valley, next to the town of cutler

Vinification:

The grapes are harvested when they reach perfect maturity, de-stalked, crushed then left to ferment for 6 to 12 days under controlled temperature not exceeding 32°. the wine is racked quickly and strained to preserve the strength of its aromas.

 

Characteristics:

- Colour: Intense and clear ruby red

- Nose: Notes of ripe red fruit, cherries, fruit jam.

- Palate: A round wine with present but mature tannins
