Designation: VIN DE TABLE MVDPCE RED

Vintage: 0

Grape variety(ies): A blend of wines including Grenache, Aramon, Aliante, Carignan, and Sangiovese.

Origin: Blend of wines from various countries : south of France, central Spain (Mancha) and southern Italy.

Soil: An array of soils, mainly located in plaines. Often very deep, made up of more or less sandy silts.

 

Vinification: Traditional red vinification. Either by a few day's maceration or by thermovinification. Quick racking, clarification and filtration, and blending of wines from various origins (France, Italy, Spain).

 

Characteristics:

- Colour: Ruby red, fairly intense.

- Nose: Discrete aroma, slightly fruity, no complexity.

- Palate: This is wine for thirst, clean, supple, no amertume nor astringency. Dry, balanced, lively wine.

 

Recommendations: Everyday wine, serve with red meat, pork, cheese.

 

Serving condition in C°: 11 - 12

Cellar potential: 1 year at most.
