Grape variety(ies): A blend of wines including Ugni Blanc, Airén (Spain), Treblano (Italy.

Origin: The wines in this blend come from rather cold areas (such as Charentes, France) and other warmer ones (Manche, central Spain).

Soil: An array of soils, mainly located in plaines. Often very deep, made up of more or less sandy silts.


Vinification: Traditional white wine vinification. Pressing, light settling, a few day's fermentation, racking, filtration and blending of the wines coming from various origins (France, Italy, Spain).

 

Characteristics:

- Colour: Very light yellow, crystalline, with light shades of green.

- Nose: Clean, a few shades of white flowers, no complexity.

- Palate: Semi-dry wine, round, pleasant, easy to drink. This is the wine for thirst.


Recommendations: Everyday wine, serve with salad, fish, pork. This wine can be served with desserts.
