A great single malt Scotch whisky, and excellent value for money too. The flavours are simple, but flawless, a clean, crisp 15 year old from the Dalwhinnie Distillery. On the palate Malty. Walnuts steeped in manuka honey with vanilla sponge. Gentle smoke weaves its way through the cereal with a touch of spice.
Dalwhinnie Triple Matured Edition
Scotch Single Malt Whisky / 70cl / 48%
Dalwhinnie Triple Matured Edition is matured in charred American hogsheads, American oak hogshead and European oak casks before it was bottled at a tasty 48% ABV. Originally launched as part of the Friends of the Classic Malts series. Full-bodied, fresh pear, prominent oak spice, a drizzle more honey and a floral touch, with a handful of herbs.
