A sherry finished whisky from Tullibardine, part of their range of finishes. It was matured first in bourbon casks before spending some time in 500 litre sherry butts, most of which previously held Pedro Ximenez. On the palate Cooked fruit, cinnamon and manuka honey. Dates and hints of allspice.
Tullibardine 288 Burgundy Cask Finish

This is a delicious whisky from Tullibardine, released in 2013. It sees the Highland whisky finished for 12 months in 228-litre Red Burgundy wine casks from Chateau de Chassagne Montrachet. On the palate Creamy, nutty palate entry with notes of sweet custard, apple peel, red berries and orange blossom honey.
Tullibardine Sovereign
Scotch Single Malt Whisky / 70cl / 43%
Adorned with golden detailing, Tullibardine Sovereign is a delicious creamy single malt which was aged in first-fill bourbon barrels before bottling. Expect plenty of vanilla and spice from this Highland Dram. On the palate A little mixed peel with notes of pear cider, allspice and creamy chocolate. A core of rich malt with hints of maple syrup.
